Refund policy

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

The CLIENT has a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery of the Product to return all or part of the purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

After the 30-day period, SÖRRA will not accept returns.

For hygiene and health reasons, SÖRRA restricts the return of intimate garments.

To facilitate the return process, SÖRRA provides the "Return" system in the "My Account: Return" section for easy management.

To use this system, the Product must be in the same condition it was delivered, with its original packaging and labeling.

The return to SÖRRA must be done as follows:

  1. The CLIENT must send an email to order@sorra.es indicating which garments are being returned, the reason for the return, and the order number.

    If the return is due to an error in size selection, the CLIENT will bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective garment or a logistical shipping error, SÖRRA will cover the shipping costs. In such a case, you will receive an email with the label to attach to the package.
  2. To exchange your garments, you should send the items to the following address:

    08180 Moià (Barcelona)
    Indicating the order number and the size change required.
    Shipping costs are your responsibility if it's a sizing error, and Sörra will cover the cost of shipping the new size.
  3. For in-store pickups, the client can exchange the item immediately for another one or receive a voucher valid for 3 months.

REFUND

To proceed with a partial or full refund, please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent (with packaging and tags).

SÖRRA will check the condition of the returned product at their warehouse to ensure it has not been used and reserves the right to refuse the refund if the product doesn’t match the original condition or the return was not completed according to these Terms of Use and Sale.

If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be automatically credited to your PayPal account after product inspection, within a maximum period of 14 days.

If you paid via Visa, the refund will be automatically credited to your card after product inspection, within a maximum period of 14 days.

If you used the in-store pickup option, the refund will be automatically credited to your card after product inspection, within a maximum period of 14 days.
