Shipping policy
We offer worldwide shipping with the following rates and conditions:
Shipping to Spain and Portugal:
Spain:
- Shipping costs 7€ for orders up to 2 kg.
- Orders over 2 kg are shipped for free within Spain, except for items that include boots and helmets, for which the shipping cost is 15€.
Portugal:
- Shipping costs 7€ for orders up to 2 kg.
- Shipping for orders over 2 kg costs 18€.
Canary Islands:
- Shipping costs 11€ for parcels up to 2 kg.
Europe (EU countries):
- Shipping to EU countries costs 18€.
Other countries:
Shipping to other countries costs up to 45€.
China and Taiwan:
Unfortunately, we do not ship to China and Taiwan.
Free Shipping

Spain: Free shipping is available for orders over 120€ or 2 kg.
Delivery Time
Typically, delivery takes 3 to 12 business days, depending on the region and other factors.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The CLIENT has a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery of the Product to return all or part of the purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
After the 30-day period, SÖRRA will not accept returns.
